Binayah is a significant sharh Of Hidayah, it contains among the sayings of Imams of Madhahib as Ashaab & Tabe'in. Author has proclaimed aqwaal of four Imams as well specially of Imam Abu Hanifa and his Pupils.

Most researchers and scholars first consult its original version al-Hidayah before they move to another source. In the area of Muslim personal law, it has been the major source relied upon by courts (Darul Qadha) in Pakistan, Bangladesh and India. The need for this book, since the day it was written, led to the writing of well over forty commentaries and glosses on it, and this does not include the books written to document its traditions. This is rare not only for Islamic law, but for any field of knowledge. The Importance of Al-  Hidayah can not be exaggerated, it was and still is referred to in all Courts (Darul Qadha) in Muslim Courts. It is also studied in most Hanafi based Dar-ul-ulums.
